Dear colleagues,
Due to security reasons we had to globally block access to the ONE intranet pages. In order to regain access we kindly ask all employees to change their current Nemetschek ONE passwords. Steps to change the password:
(1) Type in your registered email address and previous password (double-check for typos!)
(2) Click on “forgot your password” (system checks if your email address is listed)
(3) When the address was found, the screen refreshes and you have to re-state your email address and then click "send new password" right below your email address. This will prompt the system to send you an email.
(4) Look for the email mentioned in step 3 (also check spam folders, etc.) and follow the steps in the email.
